Sinking into the Darkness
The Fertile Darkness
I have been entering an entirely new territory of my life.
In these past few weeks as the intense, fiery summer energy has faded away, creating space for more stillness, darkness, quietness - I have personally gone through these processes as well.
I have been feeling into the shift of the seasons this time around deeper than ever before - the colours of the leaves, the fresh air, the sound of the rain, the candlelight each evening, the slow cooked mushy meals, all the warming spicy drinks, putting on layers and layers of cosy clothes… *sipping on some warming rhubarb rooibos tea and munching on some sweet pumpkin fresh out of the oven as I type this*
